About
I am a fractional technical director for audio, media and podcast studios, and for small-to-medium businesses that have outgrown their tools. I build the automations and software in-house, so what you end up with fits your workflow instead of the other way around.
What I do
Most studios reach a point where the work is running on a stack of subscriptions that almost fit — a form here, a spreadsheet there, someone copying files by hand every Friday. I step in as the technical lead you would hire if you had the headcount: I map how the work moves today, then build the automations, integrations and internal tools that take the repetitive parts off your plate. When something needs to exist that no product sells, I write it.
How it goes
We start with a conversation about where time is disappearing, and I look at the systems you already have. From there I scope the smallest piece of work that removes real friction, build it, and put it in front of you quickly so you can tell me what is wrong while it is still cheap to change. You own what I build, and I document it so it stays yours whether or not we keep working together.
